Do you work with BigCommerce? The great news is so do we! QStock Inventory is a Warehouse Management System, or WMS, and has a deep real-time BigCommerce Integration with Intacct through a web services connection. Today we’ll be showing you how we take in Orders from BigCommerce, allocate and pick/pack/ship that order physically in the warehouse with barcode scanning and automatically create a sales invoice document in Intacct.

One of the things that QStock does is streamline the fulfillment process in your physical warehouse.

Here is a new order in BigCommerce with a few line items. We’ll add customer and shipping information to this order before completing it.

To fulfill the order into QStock, we are going to use a Wi-Fi enabled windows device with a barcode scanner like this one running QStock Mobile. As you can see, I have visibility to all of the open orders whether from Intacct or BigCommerce. The orders can be seen from the web and the handhelds. This allows me to see from the perspective of finance, warehouse management, and the people working on the warehouse floor in ways that make the most sense to each role.

Allocated orders show up to allow pickers to get the right items from the right places following the most efficient path. Shipping can be done using our direct integrations with FedEx and UPS or through multicarrier shipping options like ShippingEasy and Shipstation. We’ll use ShippingEasy here as an example of integrated shipping.

After shipping the order in QStock, we can see that order information with tracking number and status is sent back to BigCommerce which can kick off notification to your customers. Also in Intacct, a sales invoice shows the tracking number of shipment in the header of the sales invoice.

If you would like to schedule a free consultation to see if QStock is right for you, Contact Us Today by filling in the form below. We would love to hear about your business and how QStock can help you achieve your business goals.

Are you a company that has Busniess to business customers who you take orders for by phone, email or fax?
Do you or your customers wish they could be empowered to enter in their own orders and see the status of those orders?

QStock’s Distributor Centric Customer Portal allows companies that use Sage Intacct to enable their customers to be provisioned users who can log into a customer portal to enter in their own orders. Optional approval steps are available to post orders as a draft order in Sage Intacct Order Entry. When accounting looks over the Order, they can consider if there are credit holds or other considerations they are aware of. If all looks good, they can shift to approving instead of keying, doing more data verification instead of data entry. Once the order is approved and posted by accounting, the warehouse team using QStock can allocate, direct the picking, and utilize integrated shipping options to complete fulfillment.

Throughout the entire process, your customers can look in their portal and see the status of the order. This allows your customers to get simple questions answered like, “What’s the status of my order, has my order shipped? And “what is my tracking number”. This self service allows your customer service reps to focus on more challenging questions and adding more focus to their call time.

If this sounds like the future you’d like to get to contact us at www.Qstockinventory.com or call us at (408)252-9000

Amazon FBA for Intacct

Are you a distributor that uses Amazon FBA?  Do you find yourself struggling to keep in order and differentiate your online FBA orders with your in house orders?

You might be telling yourself ”I need a better way to manage tracking inventory, orders, and replenishments when working with Amazon.” QStock’s direct web services integration with Amazon FBA allows your warehouse team to represent Amazon FBA data in a separate virtual warehouse as part of your warehouse operation. View FBA warehouse quantities alongside the rest of your physical warehouse data without having to sign into amazon and QStock every time you want to check on your inventory. FBA orders get brought into QStock to draw down inventory and for us to post to Sage Intacct for recording and reconciliation purposes. As you interact with Amazon FBA, you can represent your FBA replenishments as warehouse transfers from your warehouse to theirs.

Let QStock help streamline your Amazon FBA management process.  To find out more, head over to www.qstockinventory.com or give us a call at (408)-252-9000

RMA Management

Are you in need of a smoother product return process? Do you have situations where customers return items, but you have no way of knowing if that unit is the same unit sold to that customer or not?  Or the work of figuring that out feels like more work that it’s worth?

If this is an issue you’re dealing with, you’ve come to the right place.

Qstock allows you to have an orderly workflow to issue, receive, verify and process a Return merchandise authorization or RMA.

If you deal with serialized items like electronics or medical devices, QStock can verify if the serial number of the product returned matches the serial number on your sales order for that customer.

As you process your RMA, you can move your items to QA/QC quarantine area to properly inspect and decide what to do with the item.

If approved, you can even have the potential option of creating a credit for the customer within accounting systems like intacct or QuickBooks to complete the workflow.

This could be and end in sight for a chaotic RMA process.

Cycle counting Solved:

You’re a distributor or manufacturer and you have a warehouse.  You know that traditionally, keeping accurate inventory counts within your warehouse can be tough. Perhaps you are still dealing with it the old fashioned way through doing full recounts of inventory yearly, quarterly, monthly, or perhaps even weekly during busy seasons to keep things straight.

Likely you are using excel or worse paper to run your counts and re-key your findings to adjust into your warehouse management system, your accounting system or both. If this is your situation, we have good news for you.  With QStock, your teams can ditch the paper and excel, using wireless barcode scanning distributed amongst your team to allow you to continuously recount small portions of your warehouse. Whether a team of 5 in a single warehouse or you have multiple people in multiple teams across multiple warehouses, QStock can scale, grow and go as you scale, grow and go, through the power of the cloud.

Each bin recount across your team seemlessly flows into a centralized area for managerial review to approve or reject.  Once approved, the adjustments can be automatically posted into accounting systems like Intacct or Quickbooks to save time for both the operations and finance teams. Stop dreaming about perpetual inventory accuracy.  This is cycle counting solved.

QStock Inventory is a Warehouse Management System, or WMS, and has a deep real time integration with Intacct through a web services connection. Today we’ll be showing you how we create a PO in Intacct, receive that PO physically in the warehouse with barcode scanning and automatically create a PO Receiver document in Intacct.

One of the things that QStock does is streamline the receiving process in your physical warehouse.

Here is a new purchase order in Intacct with a few line items. When we save the Purchase Order in Inacct to the custom status of “Send to Warehouse”, QStock copies the purchase order and updates the status to “Confirmed”, so in the warehouse we now see the same purchase order to work against and the people working in Intacct can see what is pending receipt.

To receive the items into QStock, we are going to use a Wi-Fi enabled windows device with a barcode scanner like this one running QStock on android. As you can see, I have visibility to all of the open PO’s in Intacct, QStock Webapp, and QStock Mobile. This allows me to see from the perspective of finance, warehouse management and the people working on the warehouse floor in ways that make most sense to each role.

The progress of the order can be seen from a managerial view in a web browser as you see in the video. You can see PO id, status and item information along with history information who interacts with the document and items and when.

After releasing the Purchase Order in QStock, we can see the Intacct Purchase Order go from Pending to Converted as the PO Receiver is created. We can also see the individual Item Activity show the increase in stock for the items that we scanned in through QStock. An important thing to note is that PO’s and their associated receivers are linked in Intacct, just like Intacct would do in its natural workflow.

You’re a distributor or manufacterer and you have a warehouse. Day in, day out, The lifeblood of your business is inventory that flows from receiving to fulfillment. Critical to managing margin and cashflow for your business is effectively stocking, replenishing and reordering the items you carry.

What if your warehouse management system could tell you when different items in your pickable bins are running low and tell you where to internally replenish those pickable bins from other storage? QStock can do exactly that, cutting out the typical excel and paper based processes that people normally use to keep replenishment straight amongst your internal stock.

What about if even your internal storage is running out? We’ve got you covered there too. As your storage bins hit minimum threshholds, we’ll let you know and make recommendations. With our advanced replenishment and reordering capabilities, if you like those recommendations you can even go one step further and create purchase orders for those items straight into accounting systems like Intacct and Quickbooks with a click.
